JenKem Technology’s Methoxy PEG Succinimidyl Hexanoate (Methoxy PEG SHA) is a high quality amine reactive PEG product with a stable non-degradable linker between the PEG polymeric chain and the NHS ester. Methoxy PEG Succinimidyl Hexanoate reacts with the amine group of lysine(s) at pH 7-8. Methoxy PEG Succinimidyl Hexanoate has a longer hydrolysis half-life compared with M-PEG-SCM and M-PEG-SBA. JenKem Technology offers Methoxy PEG SHA with MW 5000 Da (M-SHA-5000), and MW 20000 Da (M-SHA-20K), in 1g and 10g packing sizes.
